Base Fee + Success Fee = Shared Success
nTandm takes on a limited number of motivated clients each year. This allows us to provide our clients with the intense focus and individual attention required to meet revenue growth goals and ultimately achieve a successful investment transaction. We work on a one-year negotiated contract. Most of our clients pay a monthly fee based on approximately 50% of the market value of the nTandm team members' executive level compensation. In addition, as “risk equity” partners in the companies we serve, our compensation also includes a negotiated success fee paid at the time of the liquidity event.
